REFUNDS OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS


As with all online purchases, you have the right to return the product for any reason. In order to return us the products you received, but you have decided that you do not wish to keep them, the following should apply:

Not more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
If we make a mistake please let us know within 7 days of purchase.
The packaging of the products must not be opened and must be in their original condition.
If the above applies then you must:

Alternatively you can email us at [email protected] but you will need to receive a confirmation from us. If you do not receive please contact by phone.
You can return the products any way you like.
Returns are also welcome with your physical presence in the shop. (Thebes 507, Ilion)
The cost of return / shipment / pick-up is borne exclusively by you.
Pack the product in a larger box and send it to us.
Once we receive the product we will contact you to provide us with a refund bank account number.


REFUNDS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS


To return defective products to us, under the terms of the limited liability guarantee, you must:

Alternatively you can email us at [email protected] but you will need to receive a confirmation from us. If you do not receive please contact by phone.
If you are required to send us the product for replacement, then you must follow the non-defective product return instructions required to replace the non-defective product.
After we receive the product (s) and check it out we will tell you if your purchase will be replaced or refunded.
If the products are not defective the shipping / shipping / delivery charge will be borne exclusively by you, otherwise we will.


PRODUCT GUARANTEES


For hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds for products in the categories:

    Replenishment liquids opened or sealed.
    Valves and Drip tips.
    Opened D.I.Y.
    Bid objects.
    Atomizers and tanks filled with replacement fluid.

The remaining products are given a 30-day warranty and depending on the product this warranty is formulated.


CANCELLATION OF ORDERS


You can cancel your order only for the period when no document or invoice has been issued and you have not received it.
