Return Policy

At our store, we understand that you may change your mind about your purchase or encounter an issue with the products you received. That’s why we offer flexible return options to ensure your satisfaction.


Returns for Non-Defective Products

As with all online purchases, you can change your mind about your order even after receiving it. To return non-defective products, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • The product packaging must be unopened and in excellent condition.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us by phone at 210 26 37 880 or via email at info@atmi-zo.gr. If you email us, please ensure you receive a confirmation reply.
  2. Securely pack the product in a larger box to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Send the product at your expense through the carrier of your choice.
  4. Once we receive the product, we will contact you to provide your bank account details for the refund. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns for Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you can return it under the terms of the limited liability warranty.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us immediately at 210 26 37 880 or via email at info@atmi-zo.gr for instructions.
  2. Follow the instructions provided for non-defective product returns.
  3. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and inform you about a replacement or refund.

Note:

  • If the product is deemed non-defective, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the product is found to be defective, we will cover all shipping costs.

In-Store Product Returns

You can return products to our physical store within 14 days from the purchase date, under the following conditions:

  • Products must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only at the store where the purchase receipt was issued.
  • Products must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Notes:

  • E-liquids of any category (10ml/60ml/120ml) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (except pre-filled pods with secure packaging).
  • No refunds are issued for in-store returns. Exchanges for products of equal or greater value are allowed.
